The 05 Shiraz Cabernet continues to win medals for us! It has two silver medals and three bronze medals in its repertoire. It is drinking really well now - and although it will cellar for up to eight years in optimum conditions, it is wonderful to enjoy with a special dinner now |

Blushed pink and exhibiting delicious maraschino cherry flavours, our latest triumph is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon fruit from our Severn Hills Vineyard & Winery. For those that like their reds chilled slightly this is a serious wine – and not to be missed! Our Rose sells out very quickly every year - so be quick! The Rose will compliment any lamb dish and being slightly Italian in style lovely with Veal Scaloppini or simply with a fruit cheese platter. This is now on special due to being end of the line.

Black Shiraz 2005

True Shiraz lovers will love this drop. The grapes themselves were the talk of the district – we are proud of our Shiraz Grapes, we pick them fairly late to achieve higher sugar levels and as a result the wine displays dark cherry and spiced oak characters with hints of freshly cracked black pepper. This consecutively wins medals and currently has two silver & three bronze medals. We have only a small allocation of our 05 Black left. |

We are so delighted with this little sparkler! Rose is so fresh and enjoyable & we were so impressed with the Merlot picked in 08, the flavours needed to be displayed in a rose. It won't disappoint, and has already one medals. A must to taste the watermelon and apple characters. Yum!!! |
