Black Shiraz 2005

We have released some museum stock of this very successful drop. A True Australian Shiraz!! The grapes themselves were the talk of the district – we are proud of our Shiraz Grapes, we pick them fairly late to achieve higher sugar levels and as a result the wine displays dark cherry and spiced oak characters with hints of freshly cracked black pepper. This consecutively wins medals and currently has two silver & three bronze medals. We released a small allocation of our 05 Black Shiraz for our cellar door clients, hurry while we still have it.

We are so delighted with this little dazzler! Rose' is fresh and flavoursome & we were so impressed with the Merlot we picked in 09, we felt the flavours needed to be displayed in a rose'. It won't disappoint, and has already won medals. A must to taste the watermelon and apple characters. Yum!!!

This Queensland Red Wine lightens towards the rim & is tinged with bright gold as it has been grown in our warm Queensland sunshine.
